The Gathering takes place from May 7th (Start time 13:00) to May 10th 2026 (End time 13:00) at the Hotel Centrale in Lignano Italy,
Via Carnia 33, 33054 Lignano Sabbiadoro UD.
An optional pre-Gathering will be held on May 6th.
We will visit the Marano Lagoon, via a boat leaving at 10 am just outside the hotel. We’ll experience stunning natural views and explore historical buildings. Appetizers and drinks will be served.
The boat will return around 3pm.
The pre-gathering cost is 39euros pp.
All attendees are requested to kindly book their room directly with the hotel.

Room types available are:
-Double room – Double occupancy : € 90 per person per night
-Double room – Single occupancy : € 140 per night
-You can also ask for a suite with separate rooms (Quote upon request).
Pre-negotiated room prices for Intagio members will be applied to your reservation by mentioning the code “Intagio group”. Hotel facilities include access to a private beach and use of bicycles, as well as other services and amenities available at the hotel.
Before registering to the Gathering as a participant, please make sure you have paid or renewed your membership for 2026. If you have not, please do so on this page.
Your registration as participant will be confirmed upon receipt of your payment of the Gathering fee of (€ 270). It covers renting of meeting space for our proceedings, coffee breaks and lunches, as well as the Intagio group dinner which takes place on the last evening.
Gathering fees do not cover drinks consumed at the bar or in your room or dinners (except the official Intagio group dinner). Breakfasts are included in the price of your room.
